What is ACAR?
The Mission of Ada County Association of REALTORS® (ACAR) is to be valued by the real estate profession and the public, to protect private property rights, to better the communities in which we live, and to provide members with tools and resources to conduct their businesses professionally, ethically, and successfully.
ACAR is the largest local REALTOR® association in Idaho, with over 3,000 REALTOR® members and functions in four general areas:

ACAR is a tax-exempt, non-profit corporation with two wholly owned subsidiaries: the Intermountain Multiple Listing Service, Inc. and the REALTOR® Community Foundation. The MLS operates as a taxpaying corporation, while the Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
